In support of the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP), the library has taken a pivotal role in nurturing students' English reading habits. With a weekly library class, students are encouraged to immerse themselves in the world of books, fostering a love for reading and enhancing their language skills.

The library class, held once a week, serves as a dedicated time for students to engage in books. Teachers guide students in selecting appropriate reading materials, ensuring they are exposed to a variety of genres and topics. This structured session not only promotes literacy but also instills a sense of discipline and routine in students' daily lives.

Additionally, the school has introduced a morning reading session where students engage in quiet reading before classes begin. This practice not only sets a positive tone for the day but also allows students to start their mornings in a peaceful and focused manner. Teachers are present during this time to provide guidance and support, ensuring that students make the most of their reading experience.

By encouraging students to borrow books regularly, the library aims to create a culture of reading and exploration. Through book discussions, recommendations, and thematic displays, students are exposed to a diverse range of literature, expanding their horizons and fostering a lifelong love for reading.

In conclusion, the library's initiatives play a crucial role in supporting the MYP curriculum by fostering a culture of reading, providing guidance, and instilling discipline in students' reading habits. Through these efforts, students are not only improving their language skills but also developing a lifelong passion for literature and learning.
