MS|Traveling Through History and Gaining Wisdom

In the recent G6 Individual and Society classes, we focused on the historical allusion of "The Hongmen Banquet" and deeply explored the roots and historical impacts of the struggle between Chu and Han at the end of the Qin Dynasty. In the class, students watched historical videos and truly felt the vicissitudes of that era. During the Q&A session, the students actively participated in the quiz, demonstrating excellent knowledge and memorisation skills. In this class, while acquiring historical knowledge, the students also developed their critical thinking and problem - analysing abilities and also enhanced their sense of competition and cooperation.



七年级 G7

In the recent G7 history classes, the theme was "Cultural Exchanges between China and Foreign Countries during the Tang Dynasty". Through knowledge tests, on - site Q&A, watching videos about Xuanzang's journey to the Western Regions, and simulating the scene of Jianzhen going blind, the students not only consolidated their basic historical knowledge but also broadened their horizons and deepened their understanding of the history of the Tang Dynasty. Through these activities, the students not only cultivated a learning attitude of respecting diverse cultures and thinking critically but also highly conformed to FCGs' educational philosophy of "inclusiveness".

八年级 G8

The G8 history classes focused on "Land Reform". Through the vivid explanations of the teacher and the in-depth discussions among the students, the students learned about the background, process, and significance of the land reform, and recognised the great significance of this transformation for the development of rural China. During the discussion, the students respected others and enjoyed the process, cultivating a good sense of competition and cooperation and improving their personal qualities.

In these classes, the students swam in the long river of history, gaining knowledge and enlightenment. We hope that all of our students can continue to love historical learning and keep exploring and making progress.
