This week, we introduce the content and objectives of the secondary school physical and health education curriculum, as well as the benefits that students can gain from physical and health education learning.
In our physical and health education curriculum, we are committed to developing students' physical fitness, teamwork and leadership skills. This unit covers various aspects, including physical training, basketball, soccer, athletics and other activities.
In physical education classes, we focus on students' physical development. Through targeted training and exercises, we help students improve their endurance, strength, speed, agility and other physical qualities. This will help them excel in sports and enhance their overall health.
Over the past few weeks, we have completed the units of basketball, football, volleyball and athletic. Our curriculum aims to cultivate students' teamwork and coordination skills. Through team training and competitions, students will learn to cooperate with teammates, support each other, and achieve success together. These experiences of teamwork will help them establish good cooperative relationships in their daily lives and future careers.
Our physical and health education curriculum also provides opportunities for students to develop leadership skills. Students will have the chance to serve as team captains or lead groups, responsible for organising training and guiding their teammates. This will cultivate their leadership, sense of responsibility, and decision-making abilities, laying a foundation for their personal and professional development.
