In recent weeks, our middle school students have been exploring a variety of sports, including rock climbing, badminton, and table tennis. These activities not only provide physical exercise but also teach important skills such as teamwork, strategy, and perseverance.
Our swimming unit has begun, and we are thrilled to report that over 40 students successfully swam in the pool last week. Swimming is a fantastic full-body workout that improves cardiovascular health, builds muscle strength, and enhances flexibility. It’s also a great way for students to learn water safety and build confidence. We are proud to see so many of our students actively participating and making progress in their swimming abilities.
