In an inspiring project, our sixth graders have designed and built their very own birdhouses, showcasing their creativity and hard work! Throughout this process, they've explored technical drawing, learned to work with heavy machinery, and developed essential woodworking skills. The purpose of these birdhouses goes beyond just aesthetics; they aim to enhance our school environment and promote the conservation of wildlife, encouraging a vibrant variety of species on our grounds. As the students put the finishing touches on their creations, they are excited to see how their efforts will benefit both the school community and the local ecosystem!
