Engaging in different sports offers numerous benefits for our students. Rock climbing helps build upper body strength and enhances problem-solving skills as students navigate various routes. Badminton improves hand-eye coordination, reflexes, and cardiovascular endurance, while table tennis sharpens quick thinking and fine motor skills. By exposing students to a wide range of sports, we aim to develop well-rounded individuals who appreciate the value of diverse physical activities.
We have some exciting news to share! Our first-ever girls' volleyball fixture will take place on Friday, 24th May, alongside a mixed badminton competition. This is a significant milestone for our school, reflecting the growing interest and participation in various sports among our students. Additionally, our senior schoolboys’ basketball team recorded their first win against LEH and are looking forward to playing their final game of the season on 4th June. They will continue to prepare diligently for this. Our senior school football team has two games remaining this season and will be looking to remain unbeaten in what has been a very successful debut year. Their dedication and teamwork have been exemplary, setting a high standard for future teams to follow. We are thrilled to announce that our school will be joining the Guangdong South League next year. This new affiliation will provide our students with regular opportunities to compete against five other schools in the region. Participation in the league will enhance our sports program by offering more competitive experiences, fostering school spirit, and allowing students to form new friendships and rivalries with peers from other schools.
