We organised the “Giving You Courage” event, in which we prepared a series of courageous balloons for the participants. Each balloon had words of encouragement and courage written on it. Participants could pick up as many balloons as they wanted and write down what they wanted to be courageous about. This activity aimed to encourage people to face challenges and actively pursue their dreams and goals.
The “Mood Doll Machine”, an activity that was designed to enhance the emotional and mental health of participants. It is similar to a traditional crane machine, but filled with words of encouragement. Each time a participant operates the crane machine, he or she will receive a message of encouragement to boost their positive emotions and self-confidence.
The third activity is “‘Fan’ Away Your Worries”, an activity that combines drawing and meditation to release inner worries through painting and creating, and helps students explore feelings of relief and relaxation.
