If your child experiences any problems or difficulties at FCG, please follow the steps outlined below to address your concerns. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and effectively.
Initial Discussion:
Speak with the appropriate staff member based on your child's situation:
• For general concerns, contact your child's Homeroom Tutor.
• For boarding-related issues, contact the Houseparent.
• For subject specific concerns: E-mail your child's subject teacher or ask the School Office (phone number: 020-82998386/18988988674 and e-mail address: school.office@fettes.cn) to make an appointment at school with your child's subject teacher.
These staff members should be able to provide assistance and guidance in resolving the issue.
Escalation to Leadership:
If the initial discussion does not resolve the concern, please contact the following leadership staff:
• For school-related matters, contact the Head of School.
• For boarding-related matters, contact the Head of Boarding.
Further Escalation:
If the concern remains unresolved after speaking with the appropriate leadership staff, you may escalate the issue to the Heads of College. To do so, please contact the School Office, and they will direct your inquiry to the appropriate person.
We are committed to addressing your concerns and will do all we can to ensure a satisfactory resolution. You should receive a reply within 24 hours when it's a working day. For emergencies, please contact the School Office directly by phone or call the boarding phone for all boarding-related matters
