In an uncertain future, career planning serves as a beacon of light. It is a systematic consideration and plan for an individual's future career, education, and life path, helping students find a life direction that matches their interests, abilities, and values. The period from 15 to 25 years old is a crucial stage for career development. Choices such as subject selection, major selection, and career direction are all closely related to a child's future. Through career planning, students can better choose their subjects and majors, clarify their career directions, enhance their planning and decision-making abilities, and increase their sense of security in facing the future.
Everyone's life follows a basic developmental pattern. From the foundational period of childhood to the period of spiritual sublimation, each stage has its core tasks. However, the "right time" stipulated by the social clock is not the standard answer for life. Life is a process of constantly making choices, and there is no absolute "optimal solution". Getting into a prestigious school, earning a million-dollar salary, or achieving entrepreneurial success are not the only criteria for measuring a successful life. We should guide our students to think about the meaning of life and find their own definition of "success".
